I lead product design, UX/UI, design engineering, and marketing-facing design contributors. My work usually starts with a business problem: users leave too early, buyers do not trust the page, live data is hard to scan, or teams ship too slowly.
I work close to the product. That means product logic, user paths, metrics, competitor benchmarks, design systems, handoff, QA, and post-launch review.
RantSports Head of Design / Product Design Manager Mar 2025-Sep 2026
Scope:
Earlier work covered ecommerce, media, mobile interfaces, conversion work, UX audits, brand systems, and frontend-aware design delivery.
Live product Case documentation
Built and led product direction, UX/UI, API-contract product logic, full admin tooling, implementation support, analytics-related flows, and post-launch experimentation.
Product surfaces included live/upcoming matches, match detail states, news, Dota 2 meta data, team pages, player pages, tournament pages, admin tools, and SEO/content entry points.
Early 2026 product tests tracked intended actions over at least one month: opening match pages, moving into deeper match context, and navigating from content into team/player/tournament pages. Strongest selected segment reached 15% peak click-through into those actions. This is an early product signal, not a revenue or registration claim.
Period: 2025-2026
Owned the full mobile UX/UI and design system for a live football/soccer product. Designed match results, schedules, tournament stats, player stats, club stats, national-team stats, live states, dense cards/lists, navigation, typography, colors, and handoff rules.
Benchmarked mobile live-score products around scan speed, data hierarchy, live-state clarity, and repeat-use patterns.
Rebuilt product-card and buying-flow hierarchy for a specialist audio retailer. The work focused on price, specs, trust, availability, service, product fit, and checkout confidence.
During the 2023-2024 Dr.Head work, a two-month A/B window moved conversion from 1.82% to 3.65%. Engagement increased 40%; churn moved from 18% to 15%.
Localized product-page and checkout behavior for the UAE market. Prioritized Apple Pay, Tabby/Tamara, trust signals, clearer product hierarchy, and local buying expectations.
During the 2023-2024 UAE rollout, a two-month post-launch window moved product-page bounce from 80% to 30%.
Designed interfaces for match analytics data. The work turned dense match output into comparison views, signal hierarchy, and decision paths.
Built a Slack-first assistant for missed follow-ups and work triage. Designed OAuth connection/reconnect states, scheduled digests, source aggregation, and n8n-backed routing.
Audited ecommerce discovery, merchandising, product education, and assisted-shopping opportunities.
Leadership: hiring, exits, performance feedback, critique, sprint planning, daily standups, Friday demos, workshops, headcount discipline, stakeholder management.
Product: product strategy, roadmap shaping, prioritization, UX audits, CJM/JTBD, competitor/category benchmarks, funnel analysis, A/B testing, post-launch review.
Design: UX/UI, information architecture, ecommerce conversion, checkout/payment flows, live-data products, mobile app systems, analytics dashboards, trust signals, design systems, Figma tokens/variables, Storybook review.
