Dr.Head Product Card Conversion
On Dr.Head’s mobile product pages, shoppers could inspect the catalog but could not see the product name, rating, reviews, price, delivery, availability, and purchase actions together in the first view. As Lead Product Designer, I reorganized the page around the buying decision.
Mobile traffic made first contact the audit boundary
Mobile represented 61% of traffic, so I audited what appeared before the first scroll, which controls interrupted the path, and where Add to Cart became available.
Put the buying questions in order
I reordered the first view so product evidence and purchase terms came before the long description. Sharing no longer preceded the purchase actions. Persistent Add to Cart and section navigation kept the next step available farther down the page.
More shoppers added to cart; fewer left the product page
Over the documented two-month A/B window, product-card conversion increased from 1.82% to 3.65% and bounce fell from 18% to 15%. The test covered the redesigned flow as a whole, so it cannot attribute the result to one change.
The same hierarchy needed a different trust layer in the UAE
For the UAE storefront, I kept price, stock, delivery, and the purchase action central but changed the signals used to establish trust. Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, consultation channels, and external proof became explicit in the path. Product-card bounce moved from 80% to 30% over two months after combined UX and marketing work; the UX contribution was not measured separately.
