Diagnose
Start with the business problem, user path, available evidence, and the point where confidence or momentum breaks.
Learn and prototype
When the answer is unclear, map the unknowns, learn the domain, and build the smallest useful test.
Ship and review
Stay close to implementation, verify the released experience, and use the resulting signal to choose the next change.
